Create a New Customer (Member) Account

-       Enter customer details including, first name, last name, phone, email, membership code, birthday and note. To create a new customer, only the first name needs to be filled in.


Create a New Customer (Member) Group

-       Enter customer group information including, group name, discount percentage and price level.


Top Up Credit on Customer (Member) Account

-       Choose the customer you want to edit with and enter into customer information. There is a top-up credit and gift credit on the right-hand side. Enter the top up amount and choose the payment method, then will successfully top up the credit into the account. (Note: Gift credit will only be given out when customer topping up)
